RECRUITMENT TIMELINE

Applications Open: August 1

Application Deadline: October 1

Candidate Interviews: October

​Class Announcement: November 15

Applications are reviewed after the enrollment period closes. Selected applicants will participate in an interview process during October, with the incoming ADV Leadership Class announced on November 15.

WHO SHOULD APPLY?

We are looking for individuals who are:

  • Passionate about serving their communities

  • Interested in running for elected office now or in the future

  • Committed to Democratic values and public service

  • Ready to develop leadership, campaign, and policy skills

  • Looking to join a network of leaders making a difference across Arizona
